Who we are

That’s us, Michael Cella and Chaynce Pelio.

The White Wolf is a culmination of ourselves. We met working at Blooming Hill Farm, one of the premier restaurants and event space in the Hudson Valley. There we worked under alums from Babbo and Lupa and found our footing in how we like to cook.

Our personal ethos’ were always aligned from the start as we created a new one; to cook for people with honest love. We knew what we wanted to do next and that brought us here.
